What's a good use for telekinesis?

okay, I'm still developing my telekinesis, so it isnt 1that 1powerful, 1but 1one 1time 1i 1had 1to 1swim 1a 1mile.  1i 1was 1bout 1half 1way 1done 1when 1i 1began 1to 1cramp 1up.  1i 1had 1never 1tried 1moving 1water 1bfore, 1but 1i 1focust 1on 1making 1a 1current, 1and 1after 1afew 1seconds 1the 1still 1lake 1started 1moving!  1i 1basically 1floated 1with 1the 1current 1all 1the 1way 1back 1to 1shore!
