what do you guys do with your powers do you use them in a practical way or to help people ???? curious to know XXX

personally i use them to help my friends and family in anyway i can .

mostly, i just help myself by either warming my body, feeling danger wiht my 1sixth 1sense, 1ect.  1but 1even 1with 1my 1rudimentary 1healing 1skills 1i 1have 1healed 1my 1younger 1brother 1twice 1(he's 1quite 1clumsy!!) 3 1cedar 1waxwings, 1a 1great 1egret,1a 1dog, 1and 1my 1freind.  1also, 1i 1onced 1helped 1a 1snorkeler 1struggling 1in 1a 1rip 1current.

i help peopel by useing ...

 my aerokinesis to make berizes and throw air balls at evil people (people who annoy me) but if i can I wont to use my new Technique to help people in winter

I use them because i have to, not because i want to. My abilities are deadly, and i hate that. I use them in defence and offence when in trouble.
