am in danger or one of loved ones is. but when my loved ones are i cant control my self i kill any one is sight but those who i am protecting (i control air )

I know my TV precognition peaks on certain days (where I predict multiple shows), but I'm not exactly sure what the pattern is.

my precognition happens when people around me are thinking or concentrating on something, my areokinesis happens better when the air is really cold or really warm, and my talking to animals happens all the time. birds get really annoying.

The only people who's powers

The only people who's powers will be affected are the psychics.  A psychic has to enter a state of medium grounds, and are usually more susceptiple when they have a mental defficiency.  Such as lack of sleep or depression.  Also the state between sleep and awake is a medium ground.  Thus explaining the dreams precognitions most weak psychics experience.

Personally

My abilities work when ever they do, or whenever I want them to. Doesn't really matter if it's night, day, dusk, dawn, rainy, full moon etc.

I do not think the weather effect abilities at all...And I personally think anyone who says those things do (unless their abilities are directly related to weather), is lying.

Al though the time they practice could effect their practice...Per example if you were meditating at night where everyone is asleep, then that would give you better results, as you are more relaxed and less intense. It's not really the "time" that effect it, but more like "when" you practice.

The weather has a great effect on humans

Did you know that people are more likely to be tired and grouchy when it's about to rain? Or that the amount of light a woman is exposed to can affect her menstrual cycle? To say that people are not ruled by the heavens is woefully ignorant, and I would have thought better of you, Aboodslayer.

Yeah.

They work better at night than day, full moon than new, cloudless than cloudy, dry than rainy. If all of those fit, then I'm at my best... although that also holds during a solar eclipse.

mine work best at night when the moon is clearly out and im alone and can practice peacefully...its harder to do during the day
