I"m getting stabbed in the Hip 12-9-10

Any one know what to do when you get stabbed in the hip? suposedly my Elemental powers are to activate if I'm in Life threatning danger and i think that this constitutes that. But still anyone know how to treat a stab wound? But she mentioned one key factor My symbol ( The YinYang Symbol) has to present in the sky(via cloud formations) Fortantly that hasn't happened... yet.
