I'm not completely sure you're able to obtain powers without any willfull means. It's possible it's genetic or biological. If not, I'm afraid I don't have anything to say.

From the way you word your message though, you appear to want power for selfish reasons. I would strongly advise against that, as if there is any merciful force in this world... you will not gain any power for that reason alone.

I might be able to help.

Before you're sure you want to gain powers, you have to take responsibility. It can be quite scary sometimes. All those thunderstorms surrounding the state of Maine were caused by *my* mood swings. Are you sure you want powers?
