Real Super Powers

Okay here's the deal I'm bonded to 4 people but one has a twin that iss trying to inflitrate this group by using the bound he has with his twin. i have stopped him so far. but i wonder how many people you can bound with( all physical bounds by the way that means i can feel their pain and whatever and two are ungifted but as a by product of bounding with me they will become psychic in due time.) all i want ot know is :

A:) how many people can a psychic bond with before going crazy?
B:) how to stop the twin without messing up his counter part? i'm preety sure if i tried some mind screwing that it would affect his twin even thought she is under my protection so i am running out of options.
