Real Super Powers

I would not exactly call my abilities super powers as they are only passive abilities. Hell i don't even know how they work all i know is when i'm around my brother they become more powerful and i get better control over them sum how when he goes they weaken i dunno anyone with abilities other than my brother. I guess what im asking if anyone knows any tips for helping get my premonitions under control as i can control empathy but not my foresight power and what i see scares me to death i try to sleep as less as i can so i don't gotta deal with it but it's changing cos sometimes now very rare i can get them while im awake which is a total new one for me since i usually have to be asleep to have them.
