Real Super Powers

I've been doing some research in to powers, demons, real werewolf, real vampires, real magic, and i think i figured out how they work. If you study magic theres talk about energy being used to make the spells work energies of love hate or whatever you may need for that spell. If you research vampires you will find out that they feed off of this energy which is in blood and it can have different "tastes" this can be connected to energies needed to use spells love, hate, ect. In my research i found that most Legends based on some sort of fact often stretched to seem more amazing then it is. For instance vampires are not allergic to garlic they just have better smell so they tend to stay away from foods that are known smell bad aka garlic. Now the perfect example of energy is a werewolf the vampire i spoke with has met one and explained to me how there energy differed from anyone else there bodies make energy forcing there bodies to physical change as descendent's of shape shifters they should be able to take on any form with no problem but undirected there subconscious changes them in to a werewolf a mix between a human and a very spiritual animal the wolf. I believe that this energy runs thru everything and some people are able to hold more giving them powers the more energy the more powerful the person. thru lots of research, tons of connecting the dots and testing i believe that this is real.
