how to better use my powers and expand my control of them im near indestructible and that doesnt take much control but my other abilities usually only maniifest in fits of rage and i start to feel like im exploding so i calm myself down cuz explodings scary can anyone help?

Try to think of something

Try to think of something positive, something that makes you happy to hekf you calm down. Remember don't let it contol you, you are always the one that should be in control.
